- Butter Pecan: Pecans toasted in butter and a brown sugar sauce swimming in a salty vanilla cream base. Cheech's personal favorite.
- Chocolate w/ Sea Salt: Good chocolate ice cream with a hint of sea salt. Classic.
- Midnight Marshmallow: The flavor that started it all. Dark chocolate ice cream with a toasted marshmallow swirl.
- Lemonade: Lemonade ice cream- NOT lemon sorbet. Way better.
- Banana Chip: Roasted bananas, brown sugar, cream, and chocolate chips. Too easy.
- Mocha Chip: Made from freshly brewed espresso. The perfect way to start your day.
- Peanut Butter Lacy: Named after the woman I love. Peanut butter ice cream with chocolate chips and peanut butter cookies.
- Mango: Not mango sorbet, mango ice cream. Creamy, mangoey, delicious.
- Cotton Candy: Just as good as it was when you were six.
- Cinnamon: Do not sleep on the cinnamon. Super light and refreshing.
- Sugar Cookie: Sweet vanilla cream with rainbow sprinkles!!!!!
The Story of Cheech's Ice Cream
One morning in the Summer of 2026, I awoke from a nightmare in a cold sweat. I'd just had the dark realization that we live in a world without any good ice cream with marshmallows in it. Where have we gone wrong?!? There is no way we can allow our future children to grow up in a world where their only option for ice cream with marshmallows is Rocky Road. Gross.
My mission for the rest of that summer was to develop a fantastic ice cream with marshmallows in it. I bought countertop ice cream machine for $20 off facebook marketplace, recruited the most brilliant taste testers I could find, and got to work. I ended up getting pretty good at making ice cream and came to the realization that not all ice cream needs marshmallows. (Only one of my flavors has marshmallows now. My pride and joy Midnight Marshmallow.)
We need to be asking more from our ice cream. Big companies have seriously cheaped out on quality and ingredients and you deserve better my friends. I am so proud to bring great ice cream to the kind people of Nashville, Tennessee, and some day to the whole wide world.
